Extraction Method:
Steam distillation process is adopted for the extraction of this essential oil from the leaves of the Cymbopogon.
Uses:
1. Used as a Insect Repellent, alleviates stress, anxiety and mental complexities for a relaxed and light feel. Relieve irritation caused due to insect bites, oily skin, allergies or fungal infections.
2. Freshens Body and Interiors, apply to affected area to tranquil inflammation and pain associated with body tones ones up digestion, excretion, nervous system and brain for fortifying body.
DIY (do it yourself):
1. Apply on insect and mosquito bites to stop itching, acts as an anti septic.
2. For rheumatic problems, mix 50 grams soya oil or vegetable oil and 20 drops of citronella. Rub oil affected parts.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, Cedarwood Virginian, Geranium Egyptian, Lavender, Lemon, orange.

This oil can cause irritation to sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Always test for skin sensitivity prior to widespread use and use on the feet when possible.
