REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

  • Allowed only before dispatch
  • Not allowed after shipment
  • We may cancel orders due to:
    • Stock issues
    • Payment failure
    • Technical errors
    • Fraud suspicion

2. Replacement Eligibility

Allowed only if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Product is different from what was ordered

3. Non-Returnable Items

Not eligible unless defective:

  • Used or opened products
  • Samples
  • Customized orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

4. Return Conditions

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging intact
  • Invoice required
  • Must be in resalable condition

5. Request Timeline

  • Request within 3 days of delivery
  • Approved returns shipped within 7 days

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Accepted within 30 days of purchase (subject to approval)
  • Refund processed within 30 days after inspection
  • Refund issued to original payment method

7. Deductions

Refunds may exclude:

  • Shipping charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Handling charges

8. Exchanges

  • Only for defective/damaged products
  • Subject to availability
  • Shipping cost borne by customer

9. Return Shipping

  • Customer bears return cost
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for transit loss
