REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
- Allowed only before dispatch
- Not allowed after shipment

2. Replacement Eligibility
Allowed only if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Product is different from what was ordered
3. Non-Returnable Items
Not eligible unless defective:
- Used or opened products
- Samples
- Customized orders
- Bulk orders
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
4. Return Conditions
To qualify:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging intact
- Invoice required
- Must be in resalable condition
5. Request Timeline
- Request within 3 days of delivery
- Approved returns shipped within 7 days
6. Returns & Refunds
- Accepted within 30 days of purchase (subject to approval)
- Refund processed within 30 days after inspection
- Refund issued to original payment method
7. Deductions
Refunds may exclude:
- Shipping charges
- Payment gateway fees
- Handling charges
8. Exchanges
- Only for defective/damaged products
- Subject to availability
- Shipping cost borne by customer
9. Return Shipping
- Customer bears return cost
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
