All products sold are perfumery raw materials intended strictly for professional, industrial, or formulation use. They are not intended for direct personal application or consumption unless explicitly stated. The user assumes full responsibility for safe handling, formulation, and application.

9. Returns & Product Acceptance

Due to the nature of perfumery raw materials:

• Goods once sold will not be accepted for return or exchange, especially if opened or used.
• Any claims regarding damage, leakage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

10. Limitation of Liability

BMV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMV Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of products or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
